Meet your Resident Services
Managers
Sarah is the resident services manager for Bury. Sarah started her Revive journey as a member of the lettings team, and is now the RSM for our revive neighbourhoods.
Our resident services managers are with you from first viewing of an available property, to checking in and showing you round on moving day, and is your point of contact to support you throughout your time in a Revive home.

Georgia is the resident services manager for Litherland, Leigh and Lowton. Georgia joined the team in 2022, and has built great relationships with residents across the neighbourhood.
Our resident services managers are with you from first viewing of an available property, to checking in and showing you round on moving day, and is your point of contact to support you throughout your time in a Revive home.
Fees
As well as paying the rent, you may also be required to make the following permitted payments:
Before the tenancy starts, payable to Revive:
- Holding Deposit: 1 week's rent
Deposit: 5 weeks' rent
During the tenancy, Revive reserves the right to charge you:
- Payment of up to £50 if you want to change the tenancy agreement
- Payment of interest for the late payment of rent at a rate 3% above base rate
- Payment at cost (invoices would be provided) for the reasonably incurred costs for the loss of keys/security devices
- Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with your early termination of the tenancy
During the tenancy (payable to the provider) if permitted and applicable:
- Utilities - gas, electricity, water
- Communications - telephone and broadband
- Installation of cable/satellite
- Subscription to cable/satellite supplier

* Council Tax
Other permitted payments - Any other permitted payments, not included above, under the relevant legislation including contractual damages.
